Eligibility Criteria:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent).

• Postgraduate qualification in surgery (MS, MD, DNB, or equivalent).

• At least 1–2 years of experience in general surgery or orthopaedic surgery.

• Prior experience in peripheral nerve surgery may be preferred but is not mandatory.
